Perfect side: Zucchini-pasta


This is truly amazing clean cooking: To make chicken stripes with zucchini-pasta you need one chicken filet, that you slice up into same sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary and put in a medium to hot pan and drizzle over some olive oil. Finely slice up a small onion and put into a pan on a medium heat together with some olive oil. Get a peeler and peel the zucchini, first the skin then the inner part. Just go around the vegetable and slice of as many stripes as you want. Add to the pan with the onion. Season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Fry the chicken until golden and the zucchini until soft. Put on a plate and serve with avocado and some olives. Enjoy!
