Der Name an sich ist doch schon Wahnsinn oder?
Surfers Paradise ist super schoen, der Mix aus Hochhaeusern, Palmen und Straenden ist einfach unwiderstehenlich und erinnert ein bisschen an Miami, zumindest so wie ich es aus Dexter kenne :D. Nach dem Campen in Byron Bay wollten wir uns mal was goennen und sind fuer zwei Naechte ins 5 Sterne Hotel "Qt" eingecheckt.
Das Hotel liegt so ziemlich im Zentrum der Stadt und hatte einen extrem verlockenden Deal anzubieten: Die zweite Nacht haben wir zum halben Preis bekommen und dazu noch eine Flasche Wein! Wir haben fast den ganzen Tag sonnend am Pool und mit Shoppen verbracht... wie gesagt wir wollten uns mal was goennen ;)
Und glaubt mir der Mix macht's - nach dem eher unbequemen Campen wussten wir den Luxus wirklich mehr als nur zu schaetzen!
Die besten Unternehmungen hier waren die Freizeitparks: Der Wasserpark Wet 'n Wild, Moviepark und Seaworld. Alle 3 absolut zu empfehlen und sogar total bezahlbar!
Fuer $100 Dollar bekommt man einen Vip Pass, womit man alle 3 Parks so oft man moechte fuer ein halbes Jahr besuchen kann! (Zum Vergleich: Fuer Wet and Wild alleine bezahlt man schon 79 Dollar, also ein super Deal!)
Leider konnte ich nicht allzuviele Bilder machen, weil ich die ganze Zeit auf Achterbahnen und im Wasser verbracht habe und weil ich zu faul war staendig zum Spind und zurueck zu rennen :D
Die letzten 3 Tage haben bei einem Freund in Brisbane uebernachtet und uns absolut gar nichts von der Stadt angesehen, also kann ich leider nichts empfehlen :D

Surfers Paradise is absolutely beautiful and reminds me a little bit of Miami, at least the Miami I know from "Dexter" :D After camping in Byron Bay we wanted to treat ourselves and checked for two nights into the 5 stars hotel "Qt" that was pretty much located in the center of the city. It offered us an irresistible Deal - half price for the 2nd night and a bottle of wine as well! We spent pretty much the whole day with sun bathing at the hotel pool and with shopping - as i said we wanted to treat ourselves... ;)
And after the camping we appreciated the luxury sooo much!
We really enjoyed the theme parks in Surfers: waterpark wet n wild, movieworld and seaworld. All three of them totally recommendable and even affordable: For $100 you can get a Vip pass that allows you to visit all three parks as often as you want for 6 month! Compared with the price for a single ticket for wet n wild which is $79, that's a really good offer!
Unfortunately i didn't take many pictures as i spent the whole time there either on rollercoasters or in the water and also cause i was too lazy to go always to the lockers :D
The last three days we spent in Brisbane at a mates place and to be honest we didn't see anything of the city, so i can't recommend a thing :D
