Start your day healthy!



No big efforts in cooking this morning. I'm trying to have just fruit for breakfast at least once a week. Especially as winter is coming for us now and brings us colds and flu. So start chopping whatever fruit you have at home and get your vitamins with a delicious fruit salad. I had a banana, two mandarins, some green grapes and a kaki (japanese persimmone). Enjoy!
